Purchasing QPshare

If you would like to purchase a license to use the QPshare software, either contact us or request a Pro-forma invoice and we will be pleased to assist.

For our existing account customers software will be despatched and invoiced, otherwise it will be sent when payment is received.

Please note that QPshare software is licensed to run on a single Microsoft NT 2000 or 2003 server and to be used by a single company. If users require more than one QPshare server, or QPshare to support more than one company, then it is necessary to purchase the correct number of additional licenses.

We release new versions of our software periodically, typically several times per year and to qualify for support it is expected that users will have updated or upgraded to the latest version within 2 months of its release. Thus support and updates are mutually dependent.

For this reason we offer a Software Subscription, which provides both telephone and Email support plus unlimited updates and upgrades in return for an annual subscription fee. The Software Subscription is payable annually in advance in addition to the initial software license fee.
